Through a series of virtual meetings with one of our technicians we will determine the technological issues that your organization is having. They will create a Critical Path Document and meet with you to discuss the ways that Dark Mode Technology can assist your organization. The Critical Path Document is the required first step to move further with all Dark Mode Technology services. This is a one-time paid consultation that does not obligate you to any other Dark Mode Technology services.
This initial consultation consists of up to ten (10) full hours of on-site meetings with the stakeholders and users of your organization. These meetings will be used to determine what technological issues are hindering the productivity of your organization. If we require follow-up meetings outside the 10 hours to dive deeper into any issues, we will notify you and the first 5 hours of those meetings are complementary. Any follow up questions that can be handled through email exchange will be complimentary. You are not obligated to move forward with any further Dark Mode Technology services past the Critical Path Document. This service is required before any additional Dark Mode Technology services can be purchased.
